The Interview of Ryan Bennett.
Today we interviewed Ryan Bennett and this is what to he had to say.
What was your ambition when you were younger? He said that he wanted to be a fireman.
What is the worst thing about your football career? He said the worst thing was being 3rd from the bottom of the league.
Have you ever thought about going to another team? He said no, I love Grimsby Town.
Who is your favourite all time player? He said Roy Keane.
Have you ever got a red card for something you don’t think you deserved? He said no, I have never been sent off.
Have you ever been sent off for something silly? He said, no I have never been sent off.
What do you like to in your spare time? He said I like to go on the computers or go to the GTFC office.
Do you have a special diet you try to stick by? He said no, I just try to eat well.

This is Ryan Bennett and he came down to East Marsh study Support Centre to answer our questions. If Ryan was not a footballer he wanted to be a fire fighter.
Ryan said he enjoyed everything about football and did not want to go to another team.
Ryan said his all time favourite player is John Terry.
He once got a red card for something he didn’t deserve.
In his spare time he likes to attend Blundell Park ground and help were ever he can.
Ryan said if he were not a footballer he wanted to be a fireman.
Ryan said that he had to arrive at the stadium 1 hour before the match started.
Ryan has also played for Ipswich Town as well as Grimsby Town.
Ryan said that winning is so important when playing as a team.

The Interview of
Ryan Bennett
Ryan Bennett has been playing for Grimsby Town Football Club for just a year and may already be playing for England’s under 18’s.
Ryan was only 16 years old when he was chosen to play for Grimsby Town Football Club, all he did was come down to Grimsby and had been picked.
Since he has been playing he has only had one red card and one yellow card.
He even said that if he didn’t become a footballer then he would love to be a fireman.
His other favourite sport is tennis and he would like to have played if he didn’t become a footballer.
He had always been interested in football.

Ryan Bennett came to the study support centre and we asked him some questions and he answered them very well.
1. What do you consider important when playing as a team? ~ Winning is important.
2. Have you played for any other team beside Grimsby? ~ I played for Ipswich Town FC as well.
3. What would you say is your most memorable match that you have played? ~ My debut at home against Barnet.
4. If you were not a footballer what other job would you have liked to have done? ~ I would like to be a fireman.
5. Beside Grimsby Town players, who is your favourite all time player and why? ~ Justin Whistle because he is very nice.
6. What time do you arrive at the stadium before a match? ~ 1 hour before.
7. Do you have any pre match rituals that you consider lucky? ~ No, not lucky.
8. What advice would you give to any young person wanting to get into professional football? ~ Believe in yourself.
9. Do you follow a healthy eating regime? ~ Yes we have to.
10. Is there any aspect of football you do not like if so what is it? ~ The amount of English players – there are not enough English players coming up through the ranks.
