Weelsby primary went to Blundell Park to do a Treasure Hunt we had to split up into 4 teams. We had to go around the stadium in our team and look for t-shirts with the clues on, then we had to figger out the clues on the back of them. The t-shirt had letters on and then we put all the letters together to make winner. All the stands at the stadium are called different names Carlsberg, pontoon, Osmond, main. In my team I had Samantha Thompson and Charlie George-Day and Adam Pitts. Then at the end of our Treasure Hunt we got some badges witch had the Grimsby town sign on it and we got to keep them.

First we got off the coach and got in our groups. Secondly Gemma gave us our clues and told us how to find others. Then we went to all of the stands that are called Carlsberg Stand, Pontoon Stand, Osmond Stand (away stand) and the Main Stand which is the oldest stand in Britain. Then we went to the managers dugout and collected our badges. Jordan McCall

This is a report about the treasure hunt at Blundell Park. We also had to solve clues and try to work out the word that was on the clues. The clues took us to all the different stands which are Carlsberg Stand, Pontoon Stand and the Osmond Stand. The final clue took us to the managers dug out where we then received our treasure which were Grimsby Town badges.

This is a report by Samantha Thompson about a treasure hunt at Blundell Park, with the Grimsby town study support centre.

We had to solve clues which led us around Blundell Park. The clues had a letter on them. The clues were easy, they were like multiplying and subtracting, however we had to unjumble the word which spelt a stand. There were other stands which were the Carlsberg stand, Pontoon stand, Osmond stand and of course the main stand where families sit.

At the end when we solved all of the clues with the letters it spelt winner. At the last clue it led us to the manager’s hot seat and at the back of the seat there were badges. It was a very fun day.
about the treasure hunt at Blundell Park.
We were split up into groups and each group was given a starting clue. We walked around the stadium looking for the answers from the first clue we were given, when we got the answer there was another clue. We went to the different stands, Carlsberg stand, Pontoon stand, Osmond stand and the Main stand. At the end of it all when we got to the last clue we all got a GTFC badge. We went under the Carlsberg stand, the oldest stand in England (107 years old). All in all we had great great great fun!!!!
